This is simply a pressure mount plastic assembly, and does not conduct electricity.

You get: Receptacle Adapter WITH a 1" threaded RAM BALL attached; ONLY if you select “M8 Mount w/RAMBALL”

The weight limitations of the mount will depend on the panel and receptacle strength, you'll break the panel before this IMO
